What is fabric spreading table ?
Fabric spreading table is kind of loading tool to support spreading machine run and put fabric in laying status on it as well as support cutting labors do the cutting work on the table. it must keep enough strong and stable to load heavy fabric and machine.
How to choose fabric spreading table ?
1.How to calculate the length of spreading table ? We assume need spread 10m in length fabric, then we need fabric table length 10+1.2m=11.2m in theory, but each section table is fixed 1.2m length , then we need at least 11.2/1.2=9.3 section, to get integer figure 10 sections=10*1.2m=12m in total, That means if you want spread 10m fabric , then you need prepare at least 12m length spreading area+had better add more 10m long cutting area.
2. How to choose fabric spreading table width? We still make it according to the max fabric width customer need to spread. For example . they want to spread 180cm wide fabric max. then we have to use KW-190 spreading machine, so the table width is 190+23=213cm. But The machine will installed on the table, so how wide is the whole set equipment. here is the answer 260cm, check the picture, That means you need keep 260cm wide space room for installation.
3. How to choose spreading table with blowing motor and not ?
We know the next step is cutting the fabric after we finish spreading fabric, so we need move the many layers fabric, if it is so heavy that labor can not move it very easily then we should order blowing motor to blow it to help labor move it more quickly. if we just use spreading table for cutting pieces, then we don't need order spreading table with blowing motors.
4.Is that possible for us to customize the very wide table when we spreading home textile fabric ?
