This is a set 4H multiple function down and fiber filling machine, 4H means high end, high speed, high precision, high output. multiple function means it can fill down, feather, fiber, both. Its real an idea machine which only one solve all your concerns.
Advantages:
1. One set machine 1 working place , take very small area, can expand into 2 filling units became 2 filling nozzles, 12 weighing scales.
2. Multiple gram filling, you can set 1g, 10g, 15g, 2g,30g,...........
3. Revise the more extra down into main machine, keep low tolerance to save cost.
4. Support wanted tolerance number settings in different range, for example range from 1-5g tolerance +-0.01g, 5-10g tolerance+ -0.02g,10-20g tolerance+- 0.05g.
5. Independent weighing system, one weighing scale is broken, do not influence other scale working. Refer the VIDEO, in normal filling mode, enter into menu page, turn off the scale 2 and 3, it will stop working, but the rest scale is still on. when we turn on number 2 and 3 again, it will recover to work.
6. Apportion heavy gram, supporting filling max 180g down feather or short fiber one time, min 0.3g, only need to pedal one time. Refer the VIDEO ,120g target weight, enter into multiple filling page, input 120g, it will set 30g max per hopper, each 4 hopper down or fiber will fill into bag one time, when nozzle stop output material , you can go on the next, and recycle doing this step.

Equipment Gas And Voltage Requirement :
1.The gas pressure is required to supply more than 0.8m³/min air flow, and the gas supply pressure is not less than 0.8mpa.
If using gas with other equipment, it is required the length of the gas pipe is within 40 meters and the pipe size is more than 1 inch, a purifier should be added to make the inlet gas free of oil and water.
For independent gas supply, it is recommended to use a high pressure air pump or air compressor above 7.5KW, and configure a 1M³gas storage tank (which will prolong the service life of the air compressor).
2.Voltage require electricity line load power can bear more than 2KW and the voltage is AC220V/50HZ. Do checking whether the ground wire is connected well before the machine is powered on.
