If you want to make fiber jacket cloth filling, we suggest use (fake down): 100% polyester micro fiber 0.9D 25MM/32MM which we can supply with machine.

5. Support wanted tolerance number settings in different range, for example range from 1-5g tolerance +-0.01g, 5-10g tolerance+ -0.02g,10-20g tolerance+- 0.05g. Industry tolerance within 3% of total, We can control within 2% error of total weight via advanced software system and hardware device.
6. Independent weighing system, one weighing scale is broken, do not influence other scale working. Refer the VIDEO, in normal filling mode, enter into menu page, turn off the scale 2 and 3, it will stop working, but the rest scale is still on. when we turn on number 2 and 3 again, it will recover to work.
7. Apportion heavy gram, supporting filling max 120g down feather or short fiber one time, min 0.3g, only need to pedal one time. Refer the VIDEO ,120g target weight, enter into multiple filling page, input 120g, it will set 30g max per hopper, each 4 hopper down or fiber will fill into bag one time, when nozzle stop output material , you can go on the next, and recycle doing this step.
8. Goose down recycle function, collect spilled extra down to save material cost.
