According to next process:

1. The air pump (air compressor) must be turned on before using the machine.
2. The machine can only be started when the inputting pressure is minimum at 6kg.
3. Start the machine (power on).
4. Select language / Enter operation screen.
5. Click on No. 1-4 down-backfill icon (or one-click backfill).
6. After backfilling, check the hopper to ensure that the down in No. 1-4 hoppers is backfilled completely.

7. After the down in the hoppers is backfilled completely, click on No. 1-4 peel icon (or one-click peeling).

8. Use dead weights to do the weighing sensor calibration , make sure each hopper is independent , no touch everything .

9. Click on the cutting piece setting to select the formula weight (single weights grid filling or multiple weights filling ).
10. After selecting the filling mode, return to the working screen.
11. Click on system start to proceed.
12. There are two foot switches, one for normal material discharge and the other for leftover material discharge (When the screen shows a flashing red background, it indicates that the current weight hopper has not been fully discharged. At this time, you need to step on this foot switch).
